Terms of Service

By creating a Doxi account or using the Doxi service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Doxi.

Doxi provides a personal digital filing cabinet for storing, organising, and retrieving documents. Features include document upload, expiry reminders, search, and secure sharing.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You must be 16 or older to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You may not share your account with others or use Doxi for illegal purposes.

You own all documents you upload. By uploading, you grant Doxi a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

Doxi is offered at £0.99/month (or local equivalent). Pricing may change with 30 days’ notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase where required by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ data.

• Use Doxi to store or distribute malware or illegal content.

• Abuse the inbound email feature to spam or circumvent filing limits.

• Reverse-engineer or extract Doxi’s AI models or backend infrastructure.

Doxi is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We strongly recommend keeping independent backups of important documents.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
